By submitting your order, you are agreeing to the policies listed below.
Turnaround times are ONLY business days (MONDAY-FRIDAY NOT INCLUDING HOLIDAYS/WEEKENDS)
- Under each wig, there will be information to let you know how long it will take to complete your unit. Most wigs have a 14-21 day turnaround time to complete the order. This does NOT include shipping.
- All sales are FINAL. No Refunds. If there’s an issue with one of the products being sold, you have 3 days to notify me to correct/fix the issue. If the item has been tampered with, no exchanges or corrections can be made.
- We provide great Virgin hair for very affordable prices. We are very confident in our products and that you'll be 100% happy with your purchase. There are ***NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES *** PLEASE READ all of the information provided when purchasing to ensure you are ordering the correct item.
- Our wigs are made using the standard measurement for each circumference size. Meaning, you will need to know your circumference size.
- Colored wigs may appear darker/ lighter depending on the lighting used while taking pictures. Pictures provided online have been taken with a high-quality light. Our units are recreated, which can mean no two united will look the exact same.
- If you are ordering bundles/closures, there is NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES IF THE BUNDLE WRAP HAS BEEN BROKEN.
- If bundles are in stock you will get an email confirmation letting you know your bundles/closures are ready for pick up. All sales are final for bundles/closures. Please make sure you are ordering the correct texture/size.
- If bundles/closures are not in stock, please allow 7-14 business days for your bundles/closures to arrive
- Tracking Numbers will be sent via email once processing time passes for your order type ( allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update). Please provide an active email/ mailing address when ordering.
- Queen Me Collection/Queen Me Beauty is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages. All packages require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure you are providing your current shipping address when placing an order. If you entered your information incorrectly please email us within 48 hours to have it updated. (Email - Queenmecollections@gmail.com ) After 48 hours the information can not be changed to prevent any shipping delays. All packages are shipped via USPS.
- If there are any issues with the delivery please contact USPS at 1(800)275-8777 .
- Pick Up orders require you to fill out an authorization form. You must complete this form before your pick up date. If the pick up authorization form is not filled out before your pick up date, your order will be cancelled.
